Bio
REID RAILE
Songwriter
Raised on a family farm in the wide-open plains of rural Kansas, Reid Raile’s music is rooted in heritage, faith, and the enduring strength of the land and people who work it.
Growing up surrounded by wheat fields, sunrises on the horizon, and generations of family history, Reid developed a deep appreciation for storytelling—one that now shapes every song he writes.
Reid is married to his wife, Lori, and together they are raising three sons. Family is at the center of everything he does, and he takes great pride in watching his oldest son carry on the family farm as a fourth-generation farmer—continuing a legacy that has shaped their lives for over a century.
Outside of music, Reid enjoys the outdoors, exploring new technology, and finding ways to blend creativity with innovation. But it’s songwriting where his heart truly speaks—capturing moments of faith, struggle, perseverance, and hope.
A Story of Resilience
Reid’s journey as a songwriter is deeply intertwined with a story of resilience. In recent years, he has faced significant medical challenges that have reshaped daily life—but not his purpose.
Today, many of Reid’s songs are written while undergoing home dialysis treatments, often turning quiet, difficult moments into powerful expressions of faith and perseverance. While waiting for a life-saving transplant, he continues to write, create, and share music that reflects both the hardship and the hope found in his journey.
His songs aren’t just lyrics and melodies—they are lived experiences. They speak to endurance, gratitude, and the unshakable belief that even in life’s toughest seasons, there is still beauty to be found and a story worth telling.
The Music
Blending heartfelt storytelling with themes of faith, family, and legacy, Reid’s music connects deeply with listeners who understand the value of hard work, the importance of roots, and the strength it takes to keep going.
From the Kansas prairie to wherever his songs are heard, Reid Raile writes with one purpose: to share real stories that matter.
